Shipping policy

TheToteLab delivers only within the United States. Orders may ship from a U.S. facility or disclosed logistics partner. Estimates begin after order verification.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Verification, availability, address questions, or high volume may require more time.

United States shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is free. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after processing. Dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or destination restrictions.

International shipping

We do not ship outside the United States. Orders with an unsupported destination may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Tracking

Tracking is emailed when available. Carrier systems may take 24–72 hours to show movement after shipping confirmation.

Address accuracy

Review your address before ordering. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by inaccurate checkout information.
